Hi, my name is Chermaine, and I have Context in my Top 5.
As a person with Context, I like to do things to commemorate and remember past events. One example is that I like to remember my friends' birthdays and celebrate it with them. I also like to hear their personal stories and testimonies because it helps me to get to know them better and it adds to my personal perspective as well.
To me, Context is about using information from past experiences to help me understand the future better. I get excited when I come across events or circumstances that I've encountered before as I'm able to put the past information that I have to good use.
I often use the phrase, "it depends on the situation." This is because I like to examine and identify the uniqueness of each circumstance that I am in. I believe that each situation and context is different, and this affects how I make decisions. For example, when I am writing History or Economics essays, knowing the context helps me to evaluate the pros and cons.
This theme often comes into play when I find myself in challenging or new situations that I find difficult to deal with. I will first recall any prior experience that I might have had to see if I can gain anything that will teach me how I can overcome this obstacle. I will also try to remember if there are any past experiences which my friends have shared that would help me identify solutions in dealing with the problems.
When I was in school, I struggled with Mathematics. But using my Context, I would often remind myself of the times when I managed to solve a difficult Maths question. This actually encourages me with the fact that if I can do it once, I can do it again.
My Context helps me to build on past successes. Overall, you can count on me to look to the past to find solutions for the present and future.
