Hi, my name is David, and I have the Ideation theme. I'm a person who feels excited by new ideas. I enjoy taking different existing ideas and coming up with something new. I get excited when I think of new efficient ways to do something. I always tell myself, "there has to be a better way."
I find it pretty unique when I can think out of the box in a way that people usually wouldn't be able to do. I find it fun when I can try out new unconventional ways of doing something. My Ideation works best when my brain is relaxed and open to think, like when I'm on the train or when I'm waiting for my next activity. These ideas usually come in wild spurts that end up as a mountain of post-its at the side of my laptop.
During school camps, there are often icebreakers and games required to bond a group together. As a group leader, I love to invent icebreakers rather than use the games that people usually play.
Some of my friends think that I'm incoherent or all over the place when I share my ideas. But to me, I'm just bouncing these ideas off so that I can piece it together. One way I can definitely improve in this is by letting my friends know that I'm brainstorming before I share these ideas so that they're prepared to give me feedback and criticism.
As a person with Ideation, you can count on me to provide creative ideas and innovations for the team.
